Joyce Riley is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She served as a Captain in the United States Air Force and has also presented at the National Institutes of Health and medical legal conferences
She now serves as spokesperson for the American Gulf War Veterans Association, whose purpose is to provide education and information to Gulf War veterans and their families regarding treatment of the medical illnesses that thousands of Gulf War veterans now suffer from.
She has served as a consultant and testifying expert for both plaintiff and defense medical malpractice cases for the last ten years.
