His ground-breaking show covers insightful interviews with controversial guests and a platform for global and national affairs. He has broken new ground in talk radio as a conscious hip hop pundit.
For the last 24 years, Sean Anthony made his radio imprint in the hip hop music format in top markets; Washington, D.C., Detroit, Columbus, Ohio and Richmond, Virginia.
Throughout his career, his relationships within the industry remains strong. Multi-Platinum recording artist and actor Shad “Bow Wow” Moss has openly recognized Sean as “the first DJ to ever play my music” on national television, during sold out arena concerts and on his songs!
Sean Anthony’s voice continues to be heard nationwide on multiple platforms. He has produced and voiced national ads for Shaquille O’Neal’s “Dunkman” Designer Eyewear, audiobook “Comeback” written by Author and Pastor, Rick McDaniel and countless other projects.
Sean Anthony has broadcasted live from award shows, like the BET Awards. He has interviewed the biggest names in popular culture, including moguls Jay Z, Beyonce, Diddy, as well as chart toppers Nicki Minaj, Nas, Lil Wayne and Tyrese Gibson.
He has appeared in movies and music videos that aired on MTV and BET, recorded and produced songs throughout his career.
Sean Anthony believes in servant leadership. He has served as a leader for the men’s ministry and the pastor’s prayer team at Richmond Community Church in Virginia. He has served as a celebrity board member for Arnold Schwarzenegger’s After School All Stars in Columbus, Ohio and participates in RCC’s Feeding the Homeless. For the past seven years, Sean has been the moderator and host for the Virginia Special Olympics Youth Summit.
In addition to hosting his weekly syndicated talk radio show, he teaches Radio Broadcasting and Audio Production at the Ohio Media School in Columbus, Ohio.
Sean’s experiences range from motivating 500 students at the Richmond, Virginia Mayor’s, Youth Academy, to hosting the Virginia Commonwealth University Fall Block Step show of over 5,000 attendees, to being the Master of Ceremonies for Beauty Pageants. An article written about him early in his career was perfectly titled: Sean Anthony – “the Iron Man of Radio.”

It’s wonderful to see you doing such powerful things. When I knew you from waaayyyy back in the day…you always had that spark and drive to do something positive and were a driven to get it done.
