Are you tired of the media force feeding you fear?

Recently in the news, a tremendous amount of turmoil has been brewing in the middle east in Iran. While protesters were taking a stand in the streets, a young lady gets shot in the chest and dies within 2 minutes. The media captured this horrific event on camera and on the news it goes. Last night the television in the studio here at the radio station was on CNN and it seemed like every five minutes they kept replaying this young woman dying continuously on TV. I was so angry I wanted to throw the remote thru the screen. My heart hurt each time they replayed her dying as if it was my first time watching it.

Yet the media will use hip hop in their commercials, during the NBA highlights, Super Bowl and whatever else they want to sell. On the flip side they degrade hip hop for its lyrics or when someone gets into trouble, but who puts the news on blast when they are showing a young girl dying on TV every five minutes? People WAKE UP and get mad! Make noise! Do something. I don’t have the answers, but I can use my platform and my voice to speak out about it.

I believe CNN, FOX NEWS & mainstream media is controlled by individuals that seek to control you and I by force feeding us with fear. I believe half of what I see on TV, because in my opinion it is twisted distorted and manipulated to make you feel however they want.

On Nas latest CD his song “Sly Fox” he says, “you better watch what you’re watching.” Nas hits the mark on this song, calling out FOX NEWS, but I call out CNN and the others. They make you think they are different networks but the agenda is still the same.
