the Haarp guys may be experimenting with my invention, that can generate pulses of that magnitude It is a practical application of |Farady’s “impossible to do” problem.
The problem of two concentric metal spheres that do not touch and form a capacitor C
That one is then charged up to a potential V. Then the outside sphere is removed.
The remaining sphere with a capacity of c has momentarily a potential of C/c x V.
A High Voltage pulse. Used by Cleveland Propulsion Engineers in 2003 to blow up the Power Transformer Station on their grounds and start the big black-out. They invented a tree that had done it . Did you believe that too?

Sharing more info. I picked up on this….I’ve been occasionally hearing the noise thinking it was HAARP Radar and then the Nexrad, I was wrong on both cases, although it’s still exactly like the 528Hz. DNA Repair I hear on Youtube…..the single tone!
If you believe in this Harp Ring, you have been fooled. Its a joke, it is not true.The high pitched noise you hear is microwave radiation from cell phone towers, Wi Fi systems and other wireless emitters.

So since we’re all learning the same things I’am posting this from another person:
I am not saying that Nexrad is the cause. I don’t think anyone can say it is %100 not in any way the cause… that would be foolish. What I am saying is there is something beyond HAARP that does what HAARP does, it is not stuck in Alaska somewhere, it is in your backyard (just like EMF/RF) that was the purpose.
NExrad emits some pretty intense stuff if it is changing weather on a daily basis.
You would see that in the video and other videos on the same guys site. (I watched half the video)….Cell towers are bad news of course and do cause issues.
It is usually called microwave hearing. :
