Vladimir Putin inviting Kim Jung-Un to Moscow is sending strong message. Putin wants to build an oil pipeline through North Korea to distribute to South Korea. The interesting fact is the U.S. has a presence in South Korea.

Could this be a counter move from Russia since the U.S. is working to restore diplomatic relations with Cuba?
