Ron Johnson will be joining me live today 3pm est on GCN Radio Networks to share his story about his battles with BP Oil and the judicial system. Ron created a system called SAK-J5 and SOCK that could have contained the Deepwater Horizon oil spill off the Gulf Coast in 2010.

According to Wikipedia, “Following the explosion and sinking of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig, which claimed 11 lives,a sea-floor oil gusher flowed for 87 days, until it was capped on 15 July 2010. The total discharge is estimated at 4.9 million barrels (210 million US gal; 780,000 m3)”
Ron is a graduate from the U.C. Berkeley and has logged over 5,000 hours in the research of the cause and effects of marine oil spills and the effects of booms and sea curtains to create a solution to the problem.
This oil containment wall the SAK-J5 was tested and certified to contained 100% of any marine surface oil spill in1999 by the U.S government. The National Oil Spill Response Testing facility, named Omshett.
The other system is named the SOCK was also tested and certified to contain and recover 99.999% for below the marine surface by the U.S. Government at the National Oil Spill Response Testing Facility at Omshett in 2001. The is a total of 10 years before the Deep Horizon oil rig disaster.
Some of the points we will discuss on Flow of Wisdom today is;
A) B.P Knew of this system as early as 9 years before Deep Horizon Oil Spill
B) B.P Lied to the American Government and President of the United States about the amount of oil spilling out from the
busted pipeline and to the general public. Also stated to everyone on national television that they had used all of the
equipment in Omhsett’s arsenal, when in fact My system was at top of list
C) That B.P had colluded with the a Federal District court Magistrate Judge in the northern district of California (fact & Proof) to
win this case without answering the summons and complaint. Also by colluding with certain clerks in the ninth circuit court
of appeals, where B.P’s Attorney was in fact a former clerk (fact & proof along with tampering and forging governments
documents within the ninth circuit. As well as illegal use of a position by a clerk and forging documents and intentionally
concealing documents from the Supreme Court Justices so that this case would not be reviewed.
D) How this case went on for 3 years, through 4 different branches of our judicial system and the court orders and written
decisions, The Federal district court of Northern California, signed off by the Magistrate Judge.and the Joint Panel for Multi
District Litigation, signed off by the panel and the chairperson. There were no orders or decisions signed off by any justices
in the ninth circuit justices, nor the supreme court justices.
