Sooo…Last night the congress voted to “re-open the government”…..

The most important part of this soon to be historical event was not the reinstatement of the government but the “outburst” by stenographer Diane Reidy. Before I get into what she said let’s think about some things. A stenographers job is to LISTEN and transcribe what is heard. It is reported Ms. Reidy has been working in the House/Senate for a long time. She is said to be well-known and liked by many house/senate and other governmental personnel. Her creditability is said to be unchallenged and I guess it would have to be as a governmental stenographer. A staffer was quoted:  “She’s a well-known person, she’s a perfectly nice person, a good colleague, somebody who’s respectable and dependable, and this is very surprising to everybody who works with her”.

Hmmmm……

The news reports described her as:

• Crazed look
• Bizarre
• Stenographer snaps
• Ridiculous rant on house floor
• Staffer dragged out by capital police
• She was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

So the average reader/viewer is left with the impression of a mentally disturbed person.

Ok my opinion…After the years of hearing, seeing, & documenting the games this government has been playing with the people of this nation…Ms. Reidy had enough and decide to speak the truth! When you watch the video does she look crazed, bizarre, snapped?? I don’t think so!! The only thing odd is her taking stance at the podium because that is not a normal position for her.

Well here is the most important part of the incident. We have establish her creditability amongst her coworkers so I can only take her statements as something she feels strongly about and not a “crazed” outburst! I embolden what I felt were some of the more interesting parts of her statements.

WHAT DID SHE SAY??????

Ok, so with that said I will leave you with a few statements from some very well-known people of past history. Please read them carefully and more than once if needed. Then ask yourself how crazy is Ms. Diane Reidy.
