My name is Kenneth Peartree and I am an African American who has taken refuge in Canada in fear for my safety if I return to the United States. I served 25 years in the military, retiring honorable from the US Air Force in 2004. I came across your show as I followed the rabbit trail of Miriam Carey and Myron May as the story of their lives leading up to their tragic events parallel my own. I detest violence in all its forms, and in these two cases, one horrendously tragic act of desperation by May, and misguided trust of Carey that lead to her death, they were both avoidable, yet from the TI perspective, exactly what their perpetrators intended. As horrible as it sounds, both outcomes are perfect for those who tormented them. If both were Tis, and I strongly believe they were, then the perpetrators knew exactly what each intended to do as they did it, and allow it to happen. Let that sink in. Every person shot at the hands of May sustained their injury as the perpetrators watched. Dead men cannot tell the story of how they arrived at that tragic day. May and Carey’s story ended on the day of their induced actions, just as their harassers intended. I will never fall victim to these tactics, and I would like to help other TI avoid them as well. Even though I served in the Air Force, my job has never been to harm others, thought I do recognized the aircraft that I helped to launch on their missions ultimately were designed to conduct war.
I am also a Targeted Individual, only learning in the past several months the extremes my harassers will go to in insuring my voice is never heard. Their methods include elaborate psychological warfare games, electronic harassment, and lacing my food and water with toxic substances. To date, my only recourse has been to record the activity against me, and I have been as meticulous as possible in that effort; having amassed thousands of digital files that support my claims of surveillance, hacking, and manipulation of my personal communications, web, and social media activities. I have also recorded electronic frequencies used in my living quarters at various locations. You asked Jaami and Tyrone if they have proof; neither did. I do have proof, and a lot of it.
I believe that the information I hold both digitally and in the undiscovered material captured in my body’s long-term storage tissue such as my hair will more prove that I have been targeted by what I believe is the most elaborate targeted case ever, and expose many of their means and methods. I am also nearly 100 % sure I am the victim of involuntary RFID implantation during a procedure conducted by the American Veteran’s administration during an otherwise authorized minor procedure. There may be as many as three such devices that have been involuntarily implanted into my body. I believe I know each location, and under which procedure they were implanted. Simple MRI images will either prove or disprove this claim. My hair and nails will validate the range of toxins I have ingested over the past two year. I simply seek tests to prove the devices and toxins are present, followed by access to legal support to assist in renewing my basic human rights. Once confirmed, assistance will be needed to facilitate restoration of my basic human rights of the freedoms to live free from harassment, torture, and threats.
I am a good citizen of the United States whom my harasser believed they could easily frighten into performing some act to allow them to take me out of access to the public. Their many efforts to trick me into responding to their psychological warfare have yielded no response that they could use to take me involuntarily. Nearly every week, they execute a different game to try to trick me into a response to support their false narrative.
It is my firm belief that I am a victim of political persecution based on my belief that the attacks of September 11th were staged by our own government. My views were not main stream in 2005 or 2006 when I came to the horrible realization of that had happened, and now I realize I was one of the early targets of the United States spying efforts on ordinary Americans. I have not done anything wrong. The earliest actions against me I now understand to have occurred in early 2007, but moved to an advanced level in 2008. My greatest concern is that laws in the United States enacted after 9-11 will allow my government to hold me for no reason, and lie to defend their actions.
I have no idea if you will receive this email, as my email traffic is monitored and diverted as needed. I now live in almost complete isolation. Please contact me and allow me to share the information I have, and perhaps our communication will provide some benefit to both of us in this horrible tragedy.
I appreciate and greatly respect your courage to speak out about the horrific acts, mostly against the African American community. I hope to have the opportunity to speak to you more in-depth about the challenges facing the Targeted individuals community.
